This year there is a new company called Hoops.
The new idea Hoops had was to put a photo on the back of the
card also.
Collectors love the idea of multiple pictures on a card and the
cards sold well.
Hoops produced two cards:
1) All Star card # 21
2) # 200
Challenge is both companies over produced the cards so they hold
little value with Collectors today.
